Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At Halevit, we offer shipping throughout the United States. For those who need their orders faster, we also provide express shipping at an additional cost.

 

We strive to process all orders within one business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can always know the status of your delivery.

 

Please note: Shipping is available only within the U.S., and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

The cost and delivery times for express shipping are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

 

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy (applicable only for Sea Moss Chia Seed Gel), which means you have 30 days from the date of placing your order to request a return (only for the first order). If you place a second order, it indicates that you are satisfied with your previous purchase, and a return on the first order is no longer possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as vitamins and supplements, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
