      Great for Reducing Triglycerides

      I got these Omega 3 softgels to help manage my triglycerides, and they seem to be working well. They’re easy to swallow, and the natural lemon flavor helps mask any fishiness. Only minor downside is the size of the softgels.

      Good Value for the Price

      This Omega 3 supplement offers a good amount of EPA and DHA in each softgel, which is great for the price. I’ve noticed an improvement in my heart health and energy. The only thing is, I wish the capsules were slightly smaller

      Effective but Slight Aftertaste

      I noticed an improvement in my overall energy levels since starting these. The softgels are easy to swallow, but I do get a slight aftertaste sometimes. Still, I’m happy with the heart health benefits they provide
